Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers 18 and older:

Customer Service Assistant
Answer customer questions and assist with purchases.   Greet customers and run the checkout counter

Production Preparation Assistant
Check and/or clean incoming donations, process donations into our system, transfer products from receiving to the appropriate ReStore department

Sales Associate
Answer customer questions regarding appropriate product use, pricing questions and anything else our customers may need assistance with

Office Assistant
Answer telephones and process donation requests, schedule donations pick ups, enter data in volunteer database, organize and maintain office files

Department Captain
Build racks and display fixtures for donated goods, learn pricing guidelines and price all items, pull donations from receiving to stock in your department, dust and clean department inventory and update any signage

Cashier/Sales Counter
Work the cash register and answer customer questions.

Truck Driver and Assistant (coming soon)
Drive Truck to pick up donated materials, needs to be able to distinguish acceptable from unacceptable donations

Marketing and Customer Relations Associate
Work to gain donations and general community awareness through canvassing and relationship building with our neighbors and businesses in SCC.

Volunteers 16-18 years old:

Customer Service Assistant
Answer customer questions and assist with purchases, fill out donation receipts

Department Associates
Merchandise department, clean merchandise and set displays for your department

Sales Associate
Answer questions and assist customers with their purchases
